We strive to produce beef that is healthy, nutritious, and great tasting. Our cattle are raised and finished on pasture. They are free from antibiotics and growth hormones. Beef is sold by retail cut and in bulk (whole, halves, or quarters). Bulk quantities must be pre-ordered.
