We both suffered from chronic health issues in our past (Joe – diverticulitis, Rhonda – rheumatoid arthritis). Through food we were able to eliminate the impact of these diseases. Our passion is to assist you in your quest for improved health through food. We have been raising cattle on pasture for over 25 years and chickens for 5+ years. Pasture-raised animals provide a nutrient dense food packed with flavor that you don’t get with factory farmed animals. In addition to producing great food, we have been improving our land – increasing % organic matter by 52%.

We are members of the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association, the American Pasture Poultry Producers Association (APPPA), and the Weston A. Price Foundation.
